2023 Accomplishment Highlights
Recognition
In the 2023 GRESB Public Disclosure evaluation, the REIT earned Disclosure Level A with a score of 96. In the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, the REIT scored 78, earning a Green Star designation and 3-star rating.

Our 2nd annual DEI Survey scored 76% (measuring comprehensive DEI and engagement), 9.4% above the industry average.
Engaged Employees
Engagement scores were 4.14 mean out of 5, scoring higher than 53% of participating business. Our Net Promoter Score (2023 DEI Survey) was 46.2 where above 20 is good and above 50 is excellent.
Mentorship
Introduced Mentorship @ Minto to foster growth and belonging: 12 mentors and 13 mentees joined in the first month.
Culture
Through our BRAVO! recognition program, employees received 3,532 nominations, fostering a strong company culture.
Energy
We have reduced rental property energy consumption by 17% since 2019.
Carbon
We have cut rental property carbon emissions by 16% since 2019, making strong progress towards meeting our net zero carbon goals.
